Your privacy is important to CDI; maintaining your trust is paramount to
us. This Statement discloses the information practices for CDI’s and our affiliates’
Web sites, including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information
is used, and with whom the information is shared. This Statement applies to CDI
Web sites that link to this Statement but does not apply to those CDI Web sites
that have their own Privacy Statement. Additionally, it does not apply to instances
where we merely process data on behalf of clients for their benefit, such as when
we act as a web hosting service provider. From time to time, we may supplement this
Statement with additional information relating to a particular interaction we have
with you. CDI is a member of TRUSTe (www.truste.com) in the United States and as

by TRUSTe. TRUSTe is an independent organization whose mission is to promote online
safety and trust and to help guide individuals to sites that protect their online
privacy. The TRUSTe program covers only information that is collected through our
Web sites, and does not cover information that may be collected through software
downloaded from our sites. International Business Machines Corporation abides by
the Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the United States Department of Commerce
